An unexpected find from a quaint little shop in the little seaside town of Mevagissey, Cornwall is this pair of lovely 9ct gold Claddagh ear studs. The Claddagh is a traditional Irish motif with its origins in the 1700s and features 2 hands clasping a heart, surmounted by a crown. The hands represent friendship, the heart, love and the crown, loyalty. A beautiful symbol indeed!
The earring studs are genuine 9ct gold but quite lightweight hence the affordable price. Only pair available :)
